1. Booking & Payment     

•    A session is only secured once payment or deposit is received     

•    Remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling     

•    48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule     

•    Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit     

•    Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns

3. Client Responsibility     

•    Pets must be under control at all times     

•    Owners are responsible for their pets behaviour     

•    Pawsome Shots is not liable for injury, damage, or loss during sessions

4. Image Delivery     

•    Final edited images will be delivered digitally     

•    Editing style is at the photographer’s discretion     

•    RAW/unedited images are not provided

5. Copyright & Usage     

•    Pawsome Shots retains full copyright of all images     

•    Clients receive personal-use rights only     

•    Images must not be edited, altered, or used commercially without permission

6. Photographer Usage     

•    Images may be used for portfolio, social media, and marketing unless the client opts out in writing

7. Liability     

•    In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of session fees

8. Turnaround Time     

•    Image delivery timeframe: [1–3 weeks]
